Role: Senior/Staff PM – Beauty - Cart & Checkout

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the Cart and Checkout experience for Nykaa Beauty and Payments charter across Nykaa’s businesses. This role will own critical purchase journeys spanning the Cart experience, Checkout and Address experiences, as well as improving the Payments experience and success rates through optimisation of Payments UX, Payment methods, Routing, and failure handling.
You will be responsible for simplifying and optimising the lower funnel, improving Cart to Order conversion, and building reliable, scalable payment experiences. You’ll work closely with site, analytics, engineering, design, business, payment gateways and external partners to define strategy and execute a high-impact roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cart & Checkout Experience
Own the end-to-end Cart, Checkout and Address experience across businesses.




Identify customer and business pain points across the lower funnel and translate them into product opportunities.
Drive initiatives to improve Cart to Order rate, Checkout success rates, AOV, ABS.
Partner with business teams to experiment with relevant promotions and other purchase incentives
2. Payments platform
Define the product strategy and roadmap for payment experiences across multiple businesses and use cases.
Improve payment success rates through optimisation of payment methods, routing, retries, fallbacks and failure handling.
Work closely with payment gateways, banks, wallets, UPI providers and other payment partners to improve reliability and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
At least 6 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet or e-commerce companies to solve end user problems and growth business objectives
At least 2 years of experience in the payments space
Data-first mindset with a solid grip on metrics, cohort a
