Role Profile
We are seeking a highly capable Head of Business Operations Reporting to lead the reporting and analytics capability for commercial, finance, product and other business teams at LLI.



The successful candidate will be a business-minded technical leader who provides trusted insights and performance measures to support decision-making by senior stakeholders across the business.
This leadership role in the Business Operations team is responsible for reporting and analytics delivery, data governance, and team management. The successful candidate will combine strong stakeholder management and communication skills with expertise in modern data platforms, reporting technologies, and agile delivery.
The role is accountable for the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, from the ingestion of data from core business systems into Snowflake through to the creation of trusted datasets and reporting solutions in Power BI. The position ensures reporting and analytics capabilities are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business priorities, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions using trusted data.
