Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager (Restaurant) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. The position is responsible for supporting day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising food preparation and service, overseeing front-of-house staff, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving service issues, coordinating with the kitchen team, and helping manage inventory,



ordering, and cost control. The Assistant Manager will assist with scheduling, staff training, and performance guidance, while maintaining consistent quality of food and beverage offerings. Qualifications
Strong Food & Beverage knowledge, including practical experience in Food Preparation and Food Service.

Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with kitchen and service teams and interact clearly with guests.
Experience in team supervision or shift leadership within a restaurant or hospitality workplace.
