Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Solutions Architect with robust expertise in cloud migration to design, plan, and execute large-scale migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating on-premises or legacy systems to AWS, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects (assessment, planning, execution, and optimization)
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS architectures
Define migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, retire, retain)
Perform application and infrastructure discovery and dependency mapping
Develop migration runbooks, wave plans, and cutover strategies
Work with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements
Ensure adherence to AWS best practices and Well-Architected Framework
Implement automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and migration issues

Strong experience with AWS services such as:
Compute: EC2, Lambda
Storage: S3, EBS, EFS
Networking: VPC, Route 53, ELB
Databases: RDS, DynamoDB
Hands-on experience with AWS migration tools:
AWS Application Migration Service (MGN)
AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
AWS Migration Hub
Experience with
