Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations Lead (Dark Stores) role based in Gurugram.

The Operations Lead will oversee daily dark store activities, including inventory management, order processing, and coordination with delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatches. The role involves managing and training store staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and monitoring performance metrics to maintain high operational efficiency.



The Operations Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, procurement, and customer support to resolve issues and continuously improve service quality. This position also requires proactive problem-solving, regular reporting on store performance, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Past experience in dark store operations anywhere is a must
Is able to get things done
6-7 days a week in person in Gurgaon
Proficiency in inventory control, order fulfillment processes, and basic data analysis to track KPIs and optimize workflows.
Demonstrated people management capabilities, including team leadership, training, and performance monitoring.
