KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and other marketplace platforms.
* Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROAS, sales growth, and profitability.
* Monitor daily campaign performance, including sales, traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS, bids, placements, and revenue contribution.
* Optimize bids, keywords, targeting, placements, creatives, and campaign structures based on performance data.
* Coordinate with platform Advertisement Account Managers to improve visibility, campaign performance, and promotional opportunities.
* Identify growth opportunities through promotions, new ad formats, product visibility initiatives, and category opportunities.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Category teams for launches, offers, and promotional campaigns.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Ensure advertising activities are aligned with revenue targets, business objectives, and profitability goals.




* Track marketplace and quick-commerce advertising trends and implement relevant best practices and current opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
* 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce Advertising, Marketplace Advertising, or Quick Commerce Advertising.
* Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, Myntra, Meta, Google, or other marketplace platforms.
* Strong understanding of PPC, ROAS Optimization, CAC, CRO, customer acquisition, retention, and sales funnel management.
* Hands-on experience in campaign optimization, budget management, bid optimization, and performance analysis.
* Experience coordinating with marketplace/platform account managers and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven campaign decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
