Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Overview:The Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the DST (Distribution and Sales Team) Channel will be responsible for driving sales and managing the growth of the home loan products within their assigned region. This role requires managing and getting work done through RMs, building robust DST channel partner relationships, meeting channel partners on a daily basis, providing market feedback to the RSM and above to create better opportunities for agents, and tracking RM performance on a daily basis. The ASM will also play a key role in supporting the sales team and monitoring the performance of the DST Channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement:




Achieve sales targets for home loans in the assigned region through effective management of DST channel partners.
Focus on lead generation, conversion, and timely processing of home loan applications.
RM Management & Supervision:
Drive business outcomes by effectively managing Relationship Managers (RMs) and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
Conduct daily monitoring of RM activities, review progress against targets, and provide guidance to resolve bottlenecks and performance gaps.
Channel Partner Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with DST channel partners, including distributors, agents, and brokers.
Meet channel partners on a daily basis to understand ground-level challenges, provide support and guidance, and ensure consistent engagement to drive business.
Monitor and ensure that partners adhere to the company’s policies, processes, and compliance standards.
