Position- Trade Marketing Manager - Kolhapur | Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage the promoters' team to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, brand activation campaigns, and market development initiatives.
- Develop strategies to enhance product visibility, market penetration, and consumer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility, and branding of promotional materials at retail outlets.
- Support the sales team in identifying and finalizing DSB and hoarding locations for branding activities.
- Plan and execute tea sampling activities to drive product trials and consumer awareness.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely collection and submission of bills with proper supporting documents.
- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Train, motivate,



and guide team members to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Maintain inventory and tracking records of promotional materials and submit periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promotional guidelines during all marketing activities.
