Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Identity & Access Management (IAM), application onboarding, custom development, and access governance.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ architecture, development, customization, integrations, and L3 production support.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ Architecture and Design.
Strong expertise in:
Application Onboarding
Workflows
Rules
Forms
QuickLinks
Customizations
RBAC
Access Governance
Strong understanding of IAM and Identity Governance concepts.
Experience with enterprise application integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and L3 support experience.
Good understanding of identity lifecycle management and provisioning.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.




Integration Experience
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is required:
Azure AD / Entra ID
Active Directory
JDBC
Web Services / REST APIs
Enterprise applications and identity sources
Positive to Have
Experience with GitHub integration.
Exposure to SailPoint deployment and release management.
Experience with IAM transformation and enterprise access governance programs.
Knowledge of modern identity and security technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a SailPoint IIQ Developer / IAM Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience who can independently handle:
SailPoint IIQ Development + Customization + Application Onboarding + Integrations + RBAC + L3 Support
Candidates with strong hands-on development and implementation experience will be preferred.
