ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a smart, honest, confident, responsible, and highly communicative HR Executive.
The primary focus of this role will be recruitment and talent acquisition.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, following up with, and successfully onboarding suitable candidates across different departments.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, disciplined, target-oriented, and passionate about building strong and reliable teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage complete end-to-end recruitment
Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, references, and social media
Screen resume
