Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of architecture, interior design, and PMC projects, from design development through construction and handover.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans using MS Project.
Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards using Google Sheets for internal and client reporting.
Conduct data analysis on project costs, timelines, resource utilization, and vendor performance to support decision-making.
Organize and lead site visits, client meetings, and progress review meetings; prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Manage project documentation, drawings, approvals, and statutory compliance in coordination with relevant teams.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations,



and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and Arch Point's quality benchmarks.
Manage procurement coordination, vendor negotiations, and contractor bill verification as required.
Support budgeting, cost estimation, and variance analysis across assigned projects.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management (PMP/PGDCM certification preferred).
5–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an architecture, interior design, or PMC firm.
Proficiency in MS Project for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret project data and translate it into a
