Job Overview

Placetie is looking for a agile and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling fresh leads generated daily, counselling prospective students, guiding them towards the right career path, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact and follow up with fresh leads assigned on a daily basis.
* Understand students' educational goals and provide appropriate counselling.
* Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities effectively.
* Build trust with prospective students and address their queries.




* Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Candidate Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
* Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer support are welcome.
* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge and own laptop is mandatory.
