You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with AMINU’s co-founders, seek guidance from them and learn how decisions are made in a growing premium brand. You’ll also get first-hand exposure to how premium consumers think, communicate and interact with a brand—and what it takes to build trust and loyalty with them.

Luxury retail in India is evolving rapidly, and AMINU is building at the forefront of this space. This role gives you the chance to understand how a premium Indian brand builds relationships with its consumers, not just how it sells to them.
You’ll start by speaking to consumers directly, understanding their questions, expectations, behaviour and purchase decisions. As you grow, you’ll move from understanding conversations to building communication strategies across WhatsApp, email, AI,
CRM and other consumer touchpoints.
Step 1 is about learning the consumer. Step 2 is about learning how to communicate with them.
By the end of the journey, you should be able to look at a consumer segment and think about what they need to hear, how AMINU should say it, where we should say it and how we know if it worked.
The goal is to give you a foundation in consumer psychology, luxury communication and retention strategy and eventually enable you to contribute to how AMINU builds its relationship with consumers.
What You'll Do
Consumer Experience & ORM
Stage 1:
Handle consumer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram and email around skincare, products, orders, shipments and offers.
Understand consumer concerns, analyse conversations and identify patterns and insights.
Create customer-facing creatives, copy and communication to educate and assist consumers.
