Company Description Codonix Wellness LLP is a Preventive Health Care and Precision Medicine company focused on Genetic testing using advanced Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) platform with the services offered on Preventive genomics, Hereditary cancer testing, Pharmacogenomics, and personalized healthcare solutions.

Role Description

Perform sequencing and variant quality control (QC).
Analyze WES, WGS and targeted NGS data.
Variant annotation, filtering and prioritization.
Interpret genetic variants using ACMG/AMP guidelines and relevant databases.
Work with ClinVar, gnomAD, OMIM, COSMIC, Ensembl and scientific literature.
Support genomic report preparation and clinical interpretation.
Contribute to bioinformatics pipeline validation and optimization.
Support genomic testing areas including Hereditary Cancer, Rare Disease, Carrier Screening,



Pharmacogenomics and Wellness Genomics.
Maintain high standards of data quality, documentation and confidentiality.

Qualifications
· M.Sc./M.Tech./M.Pharm./equivalent in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Biotechnology, Genetics, Computational Biology or Life Sciences.
· Hands-on experience in NGS data analysis.
· Valuable understanding of WES/WGS, variant calling, annotation and interpretation.
· Familiarity with ACMG/AMP guidelines and genomic databases.
· Working knowledge of Linux/Unix.
. Basic–intermediate skills in Python / R / Bash.
