We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in digital advertising to lead current business acquisition and drive growth across existing client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of digital and creative services, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships in a fast-evolving, AI-driven landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across key industries and global markets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
Lead end-to-end pitch processes, including RFP responses, presentations, and negotiations
Build a strong pipeline through networking, industry events, and partnerships
Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services
Build and nurture senior client relationships as a trusted advisor
Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings (creative, social, digital, AI-led solutions)
Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions
Leverage offshore delivery models to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalability
Stay updated on digital, social, and creative industry trends
Understand the competitive landscape and position offerings effectively
Represent the organization in industry forums and client meetings
Key Requirements:
10-12 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in digital agency environments
Proven track record in client acquisition and account growth
Experience working with global agency networks or international clients
Strong exposure to creative, social, and digital marketing services
Familiarity with offshore delivery models and distributed teams
Exposure to AI-led production, automation, or emerging marketing technologies is a strong advantage
