Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based at VSG Netralaya Eye Hospital in Tauru. This role involves supporting daily hospital operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that clinical and administrative processes run smoothly. Responsibilities include supervising non-clinical staff, managing scheduling and front-office activities, and assisting with inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination. The Assistant Operations Manager will help implement operational policies,



monitor compliance with quality and safety standards, track key performance indicators, and prepare basic reports for senior management. The role also includes addressing patient service concerns, collaborating with medical and administrative teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the hospital.
Qualifications
Operational management skills, including experience in coordinating day-to-day activities, workflow optimization, and basic project or process management.
