Position Summary

Noor-Us-Sabah Palace is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for this heritage property. The incumbent will hold full accountability for the hotel's day-to-day operations, financial performance, guest experience, statutory compliance and people management, while safeguarding the heritage character that distinguishes the property from a standard hotel.



Candidates with prior experience leading a heritage, palace or luxury property will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
• Managing overall operations of the property, ensuring seamless coordination across Rooms, F&B;,
Banquets, Housekeeping and Engineering
• Establishing and continuously monitoring operating standards, SOPs and service protocols across all
departments
Financial Management
• Taking full ownership of the hotel's financial performance — annual budgeting, P&L; management,
forecasting and disciplined cost control
• Tracking key performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, and driving corrective
action to protect profitability
Human Capital Management
• Building, mentoring and leading a high-performing team, with department heads reporting directly
• Driving recruitment, training, performance management and talent retention to sustain a solid
service cultur
