Role Description The Educational Counselor at ILW will provide individualized guidance to students seeking overseas education options, helping them identify suitable programs, universities, and countries based on their interests, academic background, and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission and visa processes, supporting test preparation pathways (such as GMAT, GRE, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS), and assisting with applications, documentation, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and international institutions, updating students and families on progress, and maintaining accurate student records and follow-up plans. The counselor will also participate in events, seminars, and outreach activities to inform prospective students about study-abroad opportunities. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.
