Role Description This is a full-time, in office Personal Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings,



coordinating travel, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities include maintaining diaries, preparing documents and reports, organizing files, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting in event-related logistics when required, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The Personal Assistant is expected to anticipate needs, streamline routines, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced entertainment and media environment.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance skills, including proactive support, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
