Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Pune and project sites
Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors and the internal project team.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment at the site.
Ensure work quality, safety standards and project timelines are maintained.
Track daily progress and submit site reports to management.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Verify material received and maintain proper site records.
Support installation, testing and project handover activities.




Communicate professionally with clients and site representatives.

Requirements
Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical or a relevant engineering field.
2–5 years of experience in industrial project or installation site supervision.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand site requirements.
Solid coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices is preferred.
