We build impactful visual stories and campaigns for ministries, multilateral agencies, NGOs and companies, especially around public health, behavior change, CSR and brand communication.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to acquire and manage key accounts across media, advertising, corporate, and development sectors.

You will shape how TVH is positioned in the market, open doors to the right clients, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.




• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and strategic outreach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, Pitching and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure profitable business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure successful project execution.
