We manufacture natural personal care products in our own facility in Gurugram — cold-pressed oils, essential oils, and finished haircare and skincare. We sell on Amazon in India, the US, UAE, UK and Germany, plus our own D2C stores.
We are looking for one person to own Amazon advertising across every market we sell in.

The problem you'd be solving
Our Amazon India account is growing fast but our advertising is not yet run properly. Campaign structure is inconsistent, so it is hard to see what a keyword actually costs and returns. Search term reports are not harvested regularly, which means we are almost certainly paying for the same clicks twice. Our brand impression share on our own core keywords is under 1%. We have four more marketplaces where advertising is barely running at all.
Nobody owns this end to end today. You would be the first person to.

What you'd own
All Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns across India, US, UAE, UK and Germany




Rebuilding campaign structure so that every keyword's cost and return can be read in under a minute
Weekly search term harvesting — graduating converters, negating waste
Bid and budget management, placement modifiers, and dayparting
Launch advertising plans for current products, including how much loss to accept for how long to win rank
Contribution after advertising — not just ACOS. You will need to know the margin on the products you are spending against
The weekly advertising report that the founder runs on: spend, ACOS, TACOS, contribution, and what changed and why
Working with our content and inventory teams — an ad on a weak listing or an out-of-stock product is wasted money, and part of this job is saying so

What we're looking for
4+ years running Amazon PPC hands-on, in the console yourself. Not managing an agency that does it
Experience with a large catalogue — several hundred SKUs or more — because structure matters far more at that size than at twenty SKU
