Role Description The Manager Systems & Training is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the studio’s IT systems, infrastructure, and related processes. This role includes managing system administration activities, ensuring reliable performance of hardware, software, and networks,



and coordinating technical support for team members. The manager will diagnose and resolve system issues, implement troubleshooting best practices, and maintain data security and backup procedures. A key part of the role is designing and delivering training programs for staff on systems usage, digital tools, and IT policies to improve efficiency and support design workflows. The Manager Systems & Training will collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and continuously optimize systems to support the studio’s creative operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and improve project management systems, processes, and workflows.
* Develop SOPs, checklists, templates, trackers, and project documentation.
