About the Role
The company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its India. team. This hands-on role involves installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced testing systems at customer sites across India, with opportunities for international travel.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, practical engineer with robust problem-solving and communication skills who enjoys working directly with customers and travelling to industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission,



and maintain VMCIS High-Speed Data Acquisition and Control Testing Systems at customer facilities.
Provide onsite and remote technical support via telephone, email, and remote desktop tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
Develop and configure vehicle testing software and test sequences using VMCIS proprietary applications.
Deliver customer training on the operation, maintenance, and configuration of VMCIS testing systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams on domestic and international installation projects.
Maintain accurate service documentation and provide timely technical reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline.
2–5 years of relevant engineering or field service experience.
