The position is to lead and manage the organization's learning and development function by identifying training needs, designing and implementing capability-building initiatives, coordinating internal and external training programs, and ensuring workforce competence aligns with business objectives.

About The Job

Training Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with business and people priorities.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across functions and locations.




Establish learning frameworks and capability development roadmaps.

Learning Program Management

Design, organize, and monitor technical, behavioral, leadership, compliance, and functional training programs.
Coordinate internal trainers and external training partners.
Manage training calendars, nominations, logistics, and participant communication.

Capability Development

Drive employee skill development initiatives.
Develop learning pathways for operators, supervisors, managers, and leadership teams.
Support succession planning and talent development through targeted learning interventions.

Compliance & Mandatory Training

Ensure completion of statutory and mandatory training requirements.
Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
Support audits related to training and competence management.

Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business impact analysi
