POSITION OVERVIEW

SHIVANJALI RENEWABLES PVT. LTD. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales Department. The role involves outbound calling to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales for our renewable energy products and solutions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are confident communicators and enjoy a target-driven sales environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and promote company products/services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers over the phone.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
• Maintain and update customer/lead data accurately in CRM or call logs.
• Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers, site visits, and follow-up meetings.
• Prepare and share daily call reports and updates with the reporting manager.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone during all customer interactions.
• Follow company sales scripts, guidelines, and processes as instructed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education
• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline (preferred); candidates with relevant telecalling/telesales experience may also apply.

Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, or related industries is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
