Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai,



responsible for driving branch-level sales and revenue growth across MOFSL’s financial products and services. The role involves developing and executing local sales strategies, managing and mentoring the branch sales team, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. The Branch Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with individual and institutional clients, support client acquisition and retention initiatives, and coordinate with product and research teams to deliver relevant solutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, conducting review meetings, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, and enhancing customer experience through timely, high-quality service. The role also requires active participation in local marketing activities, competitor analysis, and reporting branch performance to regional leadership.
