Role Description The PPC Engineer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and monitoring production plans, coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams,



tracking material availability, and updating production status in internal systems. The role also involves analyzing capacity, identifying bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with automotive quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haveli, requiring close collaboration with shop floor and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Robust skills in production planning, scheduling, and control, including capacity analysis and resource allocation.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of ERP/MRP or similar production management systems.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, sheet metal components, and assembly operations.
Understanding of quality management systems, preferably IATF16949 or ISO standards, and basic knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools.
