Position: National Head of Strategic Partnerships
Location: Delhi- NCR/ Mumbai

Most partnerships are transactional.
A logo on a landing page. A discount code. A benefit nobody redeems.
We don't want that.

RedBeryl exists because India's most discerning members expect access most people can't buy- the table that's always full, the suite that's never listed, the experience that isn't for sale. That only happens because someone built the relationship, brand by brand, long before the member ever asked.

That's this role.

We're looking for someone who has spent 10+ years inside the luxury industry, including hospitality, aviation, fine dining, retail, wealth, or premium concierge, and knows what a real partnership looks like versus a logo swap.

Someone who can walk into a five-star GM's office, a fine dining restaurant owner's office, wellness retreats, a jewellery house founder's boardroom, or a private aviation desk,



and leave with more than a business card.

Someone who understands that the best partnerships take months of trust before they take one meeting to close.

You should enjoy the chase as much as the close.
You should be able to look at a brand and see the version of it that could exist inside RedBeryl's world, before anyone else does.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a partner tracker.

It's for someone who wants to build the ecosystem that defines what luxury means in India.
