About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our team at Smartters. You’ll work closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to create visually engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and other marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with visual styles, understands social media trends, and wants to build a strong portfolio through real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Create social media posts, carousels, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
Develop visual concepts based on campaign and content requirements.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Work with the content and marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling visuals.
Create graphics for product launches, events, campaigns, and company announcements.
Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
Stay updated with current graphic design,



social media, and visual content trends.
Take feedback and iterate designs quickly.
Organize and maintain design assets and source files.
Requirements
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Robust understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
Good visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging designs.
Understanding of social media design formats and trends.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
Experience creating social media creatives and advertisements.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
Understanding of branding and visual identity.
Experience designing creatives for tech/SaaS products.
A strong portfolio or personal design projects.
