E-commerce Brand Manager

About the role
We're a rapid-growing global beauty business, and we're expanding our brand team at our Gurgaon office.
You'll be the person who owns how our brands show up online — on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other major marketplaces. That means the way a listing reads, how the storefront looks, what the brand sounds like, and whether all of it stays consistent as we scale.
This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with brand owners, brief our campaign and creative teams on what each brand needs, and stay close to the numbers so you know what's working.
What you'll be doing
Owning brand voice, positioning, and visual consistency across every marketplace
Running regular check-ins with brand owners and partners
Managing product listings, A+ content, and storefront presence end to end
Building the brand calendar — launches, promotions, seasonal moments — and briefing the campaign team on what's needed




Reviewing creative and ad output to make sure it holds to brand guidelines
Tracking brand performance and reporting on what's moving and why
Coordinating with creative, content, and campaign teams to keep everything shipping on schedule
Driving brand storytelling across digital and social channels
Spotting growth opportunities and bringing recommendations to brand owners
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1+ years in e-commerce, brand management, or digital marketing
Hands-on marketplace experience (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Flipkart) is a strong plus
Comfortable with numbers — you can read a performance report and say what it means
Strong written communication and a good eye for detail
Working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with content or design tools
Organised, quick-moving, and genuinely curious about how brands grow
