Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new retail outlets, managing existing customers and ensuring strong product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit retailers, supermarkets, grocery stores and other potential outlets regularly.
Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors.
Develop strong relationships with existing retailers and customers.
Take orders and ensure timely order follow-up and fulfilment.




Ensure Burlyfield products are adequately stocked and displayed at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor product availability.
Track competitor products, pricing, promotions and market activities.
Identify new business opportunities and potential sales channels.
Coordinate with distributors, retailers and the internal team for smooth order execution.
Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
Support promotional activities, product launches and in-store activations.
Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports and customer records.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups wherever required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, food products or consumer goods sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local retail market.
