Role Description The Sales Manager role at Kissht is a full-time, on-site position based in Prayagraj. The individual in this role will lead and manage the local sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with partners and customers, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, track key metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and credit, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular reviews, and driving a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.
