About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and take ownership of digital marketing, marketing operations, website management, sales enablement, and field marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, digital marketing campaigns, website/CMS management, analytics, lead generation, and marketing automation. This role requires a data-driven and proactive skilled who can work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to build scalable marketing processes and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Manage the marketing calendar and ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across digital channels.
Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and lead generation.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor spending,



and campaign investments while monitoring ROI, Website & SEO
Manage day-to-day website content, updates, landing pages, and campaign-related web assets.
Collaborate with design and development teams to improve website UX, SEO performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
Monitor website analytics and search performance and implement improvements based on data and user behavior.
Work with CMS platforms such as HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or similar tools HubSpot & Marketing Operations
Own and manage HubSpot marketing operations, including email campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, lead scoring, and marketing automation.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing-sourced opportunities.
Build and optimize lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and automation programs.
