Engagement Delivery & Growth Lead
Role Overview
The Engagement Delivery & Growth Lead will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT, AI and SAP engagements.
This role combines client and account management, program delivery, financial oversight, resource planning, and operational governance. The ideal candidate will have robust experience managing global clients, distributed delivery teams, project financials, and SAP implementation or support programs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Account Growth
Own strategic client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for delivery- and growth-related activities.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors.
Understand client business priorities, challenges, and technology needs, and recommend appropriate delivery solutions.
Identify account growth opportunities, including new projects, service expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
Support account planning, proposals,



solution development, and commercial discussions.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
Delivery and Program Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and SAP projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, and Application Management Services engagements across multiple clients.
Establish delivery plans, governance frameworks, project controls, and performance measures.
Monitor project progress, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges and escalations.
Manage multiple projects and programs across onsite, offshore, and distributed delivery teams.
Promote compliance with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
