What you'll do:
Own talent sourcing and hiring coordination
Create an exceptional candidate experience
Support onboarding and employee engagement
Help shape culture initiatives and internal events
Work closely with the Founder on people-first programs
We're looking for someone who:
Is pursuing or has recently completed an MBA/HR degree
Has excellent communication and organizational skills
Is proactive, creative, and people-oriented
Wants to learn how startups build teams from scratch
