Job Opening : Brand Manager - FMCG Industry only
Experience : 12-15 yrs of experience in FMCG industry preferbaly foods and fruit based beverages

Location : Mumbai
Develop and own the brand strategy — positioning, communication, and portfolio direction — aligned with overall business objectives.
Track and analyze secondary sales data, market share, and category trends using AC Nielsen and other market data, translating insights into actionable brand and channel plans with the Sales team.
Build and execute the annual brand marketing calendar — new launches, campaigns, promotions, and consumer activation programs.
Drive innovative, insight-led marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms that build brand salience and consumer connect.
Partner with R&D; and Supply Chain on new product development, packaging, and innovation pipeline for the brand.
Manage brand P&L; inputs — A&P; budgets, pricing, and profitability — ensuring marketing spends deliver strong ROI.
Undertake initiatives to strongly build deep category and consumer insight,



feeding into brand strategy and communication.
Work closely with Creative and Digital teams to develop breakthrough, on-brand creative and campaigns; monitor competitive activity to stay ahead on innovation.
Mentor and develop the Brand Executive to build a strong bench for the brand team.

Key Skills :
Solid FMCG brand management experience with a solid grasp of brand strategy and P&L; ownership, and sharp analytical skills to work with sales data and AC Nielsen/market research data.
Highly creative with a genuine passion for brands, a track record of innovative marketing campaigns, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, and agency partners.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute, with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in brand management within a leading FMCG organization only
