Job Description – Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in independently managing complete accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of the Accounts function, ensuring accurate accounting, timely statutory filings, reconciliations, closures, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations
Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings
Ensure timely completion of all applicable statutory compliances
Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally
Manage accounts finalization and coordinate with auditors/CA as required
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Manage vendor accounting, including invoices, payments, advances, and reconciliations
Manage customer accounting, collections, receipts, and outstanding reconciliation
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform monthly, quarterly,



and annual closing activities
Maintain ledgers, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and supporting documentation
Prepare financial and accounting reports for management
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and supporting documentation
Coordinate for statutory, internal, and external audits
Maintain proper accounting processes and ensure timely closure of pending items

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Demonstrated experience in independently handling complete accounts operations
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles
Strong proficiency in Tally
Experience in accounts finalization and closing activities
Good understanding of vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations
Strong Excel skills preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
