At Skylight Mediakart, we’re looking for a Creative Manager who can do more than manage timelines and review creatives. We need someone who can lead a team, crack briefs, talk to clients, create with AI, support Sales and Operations, and keep bringing fresh ideas to the table.

One day you could be brainstorming an interactive campaign for a brand, the next you could be on a client call shaping a brief, reviewing creative work, experimenting with a recent AI tool, or developing a completely new ad format we can take to market.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, hands-on and slightly obsessed with making advertising more interesting.

Creative Leadership

* Lead the creative team and manage day-to-day briefs and output.
* Review concepts, designs, scripts and final executions.
* Mentor the team and maintain a high creative standard.

Client & Brief Management

* Join client calls, brief discussions and presentations.




* Translate business objectives into strong creative directions.
* Present ideas clearly and manage creative feedback.

AI-Led Creation

* Use AI tools hands-on across concepts, images, videos, scripts and storyboards.
* Explore new tools and workflows that improve speed and creative quality.

Sales & Operations Support

* Support Sales with ideas, mocks, pitches and proactive concepts.
* Coordinate with Operations on briefs, timelines, assets and deliverables.
* Ensure smooth movement of projects from brief to final execution.

Innovation

* Continuously explore new ad formats, technologies and interaction ideas.
* Develop fresh rich media, gamification and AI-led creative experiences.
* Regularly bring new concepts and offerings that Skilight Mediakart can take to clients.
