Location: Sashank Amogha Rd, Vidhanasoudha Layout, Phase 3, Agrahara, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560064 Experience: Minimum 5+ Year (Mandatory)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on Skills & Experience)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit & Accounts Executive to strengthen our finance and compliance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, internal auditing, payroll processing, reconciliation, and financial documentation. Candidates who have actively worked in companies, startups, CA firms, or accounting agencies and regularly handled these responsibilities are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct internal audits and verify compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
● Prepare monthly salary calculations and payroll processing.
● Handle GST return preparation and filing.
● Manage TDS filing and compliance.




● Ensure timely compliance with ESI, PF, and Professional Tax (PT).
● Clear and reconcile suspense ledger entries.
● Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and customer account verification.
● Verify ledger statements and reconcile business transactions.
● Maintain and verify financial records, accounting entries, and supporting documentation.
● Follow up with customers and vendors regarding payments and outstanding dues.
● Support documentation, registrations, applications, and compliance for new business setups.
● Conduct stock verification and inventory audits.
● Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and compliance documentation.
