Purpose of the Job
Lead and develop the sales team to grow International Courier Services revenue through new customer acquisition, retention of existing customers, recovery of inactive customers, market share expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and delivery of commercial targets while ensuring superior customer experience and operational compliance.

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets for international courier services.
Lead, coach and manage sales team performance against KPIs and productivity measures.
Acquire new SME, corporate and e-commerce customers while growing existing accounts.
Regain inactive and stopped customers through targeted business development plans.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships and conduct regular customer visits.
Generate leads, maintain sales pipelines and ensure CRM updates are accurate and timely.
Monitor opportunities, visit plans, prospecting activities and conversion performance.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations,



Finance and CRM teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular competitor intelligence and market feedback.
Prepare pricing proposals, commercial offers and contract renewals.
Drive cross selling and upselling opportunities across courier and logistics solutions.
Monitoring receivables and support collection efforts were required.
Train, mentor and onboard new sales team members through coaching and joint visits.
Identify development needs, conduct performance reviews and build succession plans.
Promote digital tools and customer self-service solutions.
Ensure compliance with company, HSSE, regulatory and data privacy requirements.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often required.
