ZapScholar is looking for a confident and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team.

Role Details
Position: Sales Executive
Employment: Full time
Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
Location Preference: Hyderabad candidates preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate

What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective students and understand their career and learning requirements.
Explain ZapScholar programs clearly and professionally.
Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
Counsel prospects and help them identify the right program based on their goals.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Work towards individual and team enrolment targets.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.




Build professional relationships with prospective students throughout the admission journey.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken English is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with new people over calls.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
Self-disciplined and capable of working effectively in a remote setup.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales software is an advantage.
Previous experience in education counselling, inside sales, telesales, or business development is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
