Role Description
Based in our corporate office, the Head of Admissions & Outreach is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the end-to-end enrollment strategy of our premium CBSE residential and day-boarding school. Given the larger admission ticket size,



this position requires a highly consultative, relationship-driven approach to enrollment. You will oversee all admissions processes, lead a dedicated team, set performance goals, and drive outreach campaigns to build a robust pipeline. By collaborating closely with academic and administrative teams, you will ensure a seamless, high-quality applicant experience from initial inquiry through selection and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Enrollment & Leadership: Direct the end-to-end admissions strategy, lead the enrollment team, set performance targets, and continuously improve processes to optimize the applicant experience and conversion rates.
Pipeline & Outreach Management: Plan and execute impactful outreach campaigns, information sessions, and career-focused initiatives. Cultivate strong relationships with feeder schools, counselors, and community partners.
