Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Create data visualizations and automated reporting solutions.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and convert them into dashboards.
Extract, clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy.




Automate recurring reports and MIS activities.
Support business teams with ad-hoc data requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Power BI (Dashboard creation, DAX, Data Modeling).
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).
SQL knowledge for querying databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in MIS reporting and business analysis.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP / CRM data reporting is an added advantage.
