About the role
We're looking for someone to design the clinical protocol that sits at the centre of Sugar360, the one that decides what happens to a patient from the day they enrol, inside the clinic and between visits. Right now that protocol has to be built. You'd be the person building it.

This is research-heavy and systems-facing rather than patient-facing. The job is to take the best available clinical,



nutritional and behavioural evidence and turn it into something documented and repeatable, so that any qualified doctor at any Sugar360 clinic delivers the same standard of care. Your work is reviewed by a senior consultant diabetologist with four decades of practice.

Two things make this worth your time beyond the work itself. First, you get access to a clinical dataset built over fourteen years covering more than 5,000 diabetes patients, which has never been analysed or published. Almost no published Indian diabetes data comes from Tier 2, out-of-pocket practice, which is where most of the burden actually sits. Second, you get to see your work used. Most research sits in a journal. This gets followed in a clinic the week after you write it.
