LA People is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media & Content Intern to join our team.

We’re a B2B fashion product development & manufacturing company, helping fashion founders take their ideas from design → tech pack → fabric → sampling → production.

We’re now looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day Instagram content and help us show people what actually happens behind the scenes at LA People.

What you’ll be doing:
? Content Planning & Instagram
Plan our weekly/monthly Instagram content
Create and publish Reels, carousels, static posts and Stories
Research trends, competitors and relevant content opportunities
Develop fresh content ideas rather than waiting for instructions
? BTS Content Creation
Visit our Delhi sampling unit 1–2 times a week
Identify engaging things happening around the unit and turn them into content
Shoot BTS of sampling, stitching, fabrics, designers, tech packs, QC, production, etc.
Edit the footage into engaging Reels and short-form content




? Performance Marketing Support
Work closely with our Performance Marketer
Create different creative formats, hooks and variations for Meta Ads
Adapt creatives based on what is performing

What we're looking for:
Someone who is creative, curious and proactive.

You should:
Understand Instagram and short-form content
Be comfortable shooting videos on a phone
Know Canva + CapCut/VN or similar tools
Have a good eye for visuals and storytelling
Be comfortable working independently
Be willing to experiment and learn

? Role Details
Position: Social Media & Content Intern
Location: Delhi | Hybrid
Working: Full time
Unit visits: 1–2 days/week
Stipend: ₹8,000/month
Joining: Immediate
Duration: 2 Months

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founder, performance marketer, designers and manufacturing team and get real exposure to B2B marketing, fashion, manufacturing, content creation and performance
