Role Description

The Financial Planner cum Investment Advisor will work in a full time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves meeting and onboarding clients, understanding their financial goals, risk profiles, and life-stage needs, and creating comprehensive, personalized financial plans.



The advisor will design and manage goal-based investment portfolios, recommend suitable asset allocations and products, and monitor portfolio performance against client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed financial analyses, preparing reports, explaining strategies in clear, accessible language, and proactively reviewing and rebalancing client portfolios. The role also includes staying updated on regulations, market trends, tax implications, and alternative investments, while maintaining strict compliance with SEBI guidelines and the firm’s fee-only, conflict-free advisory model.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning, including cash flow management, risk assessment, and goal-based planning.
