Thistle Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital campaigns, strategy, performance, and growth.

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage SEO, SEM/PPC, social media & content campaigns
- Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Track KPIs, analytics and campaign performance
- Work closely with content, design and development teams
- Drive lead generation and measurable business growth
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools and emerging platforms

What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Robust understanding of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and reporting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Experience in an agency environment is a plus
