Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Guntur.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new SME clients, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting Mintifi’s diverse financing solutions. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing local sales strategies, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with risk and compliance guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and timely disbursals. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Mintifi’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, lending, or SME-focused solutions.
