Role Description The Solar Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur, responsible for guiding customers through the entire solar adoption process.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, assessing energy needs, and preparing customized solar proposals. The Solar Consultant will explain system designs, financial benefits, and rebate processes, while coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate project planning and smooth installation. The role also involves managing customer inquiries, providing after-sales support, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. The Solar Consultant will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet project and revenue targets while upholding Helium Solar’s quality and service standards.
Qualifications

Knowledge of the Solar Industry and Solar Power solutions, including basic system components and project lifecycle.
Ability to perform Lead Generation activities, such as prospecting, networking, and following up on inquiries.
